Mr. R. Chandrasekaran
Mr. R. Chandrasekaran, has had an illustrious career spanning over 34 years in Information Technology. He retired as the Executive Vice Chairman of Cognizant, India, in 2019. He serves as an Independent Director on the boards of PNB Housing Finance, NSEIT, and Aujas Networks, and is part of NASSCOM’s Chairman’s Council.
Dr. Sandhya Pentareddy
Dr. Sandhya Pentareddy is a distinguished leader in education and technology, serving as Vice President of VIT-Bangalore and a member of the Board of Trustees at VIT. Her career spans proven leadership roles at top global organizations.
The Ewolv Awards celebrated the strength and determination of women in the workforce with a panel discussion on “Resilience and Adaptability: The Natural Strengths of Women in the Workforce”.

She is a distinguished leader with over 27 years of experience in business management and transformation, she drives innovation in the learning and assessment platforms, supporting enterprises, educational institutions, and governments worldwide.
Nagalakshmi Rameshbabu, a mother whose story is one of the quiet strength, sacrifice, and unshakable love. She has poured her entire being into her children, Praggnanandhaa and Vaishali. We honor her as the representative of all mothers who give selflessly, every single day, often without recognition.
The founder of Mental Health First Aid India. With over 24 years of experience in mental health reform and social development, she has championed mental health literacy and reduced stigma through innovation programs.
