This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award honors Dr. Shanthi Ranganathan, a visionary leader who has transformed countless lives through her dedication to mental health and rehabilitation. Her pioneering work in establishing India’s first treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction has inspired hope and healing for individuals and families across the nation

Chief Guest
Mr. R. Chandrasekaran, has had an illustrious career spanning over 34 years in Information Technology. He retired as the Executive Vice Chairman of Cognizant, India, in 2019, having played a pivotal role in growing the company to over 250,000 employees and generating more than $16 billion in revenue. His career began at Ashok Leyland, followed by a significant tenure at TCS, where he held various leadership roles in the UK and US. Currently, Chandra serves as an Independent Director on the boards of PNB Housing Finance, NSEIT, and Aujas Networks, and is part of NASSCOM’s Chairman’s Council.

Dr. Sandhya Pentareddy is a distinguished leader in education and technology, serving as Vice President of VIT-Bangalore and on the Board of Trustees at VIT. Her corporate career includes leadership roles at Intuit, Walmart, Yodlee, and Saama. She has driven innovation, scaled operations, and advanced technologies, including QuickBooks and Intuit Payroll. At Intuit, she established the India Development Center and built high-performing teams. Her work bridges education and technology with transformative impact.
